Retina display has stain damage – again

The Retina display of my MacBook Pro (early-2015) had the issue described in this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6068947 and was replaced in 2017 in an Apple Shop.

It seems like the replacement was not an improved display because now the exact same issue appears again.

Is the replacement program still in place? Will Apple replace the display for free again?
