Time Zone Issues

We have a weird issue in my company, we have some users in an office in Sao Paulo in Brazil, when they book a meeting with people outside of their time zone, e.g. US and UK the meeting time is incorrect on the UK and US invitees iPhones, it seems the incorrect time adjustment is added.

Brazil no longer observes DST (Daylight Savings Time) but the iPhone seems to be applying it.

All the iPhones we tested on are on the latest iOS (13.3)

Anyone else having this issue?

iPhone X, iOS 13

Hey dman80,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Sounds like you're dealing with a bit of a Calendar issue dealing with time zones. I'd be glad to see how I can help.

Are these meetings from Brazil booked on a PC using the iCloud site, on a Mac, or on an iOS or iPadOS device? Does this same issue occur when anyone else creates a calendar invite or are all time zones correct when going the other way?

Let's make sure that all of these devices have the date and time set to automatically. You can check that by going to Settings > General > Date & Time. This ensures that the time is correct based on each person's location.

If the issue continues, restart the iPhones in question and try once more.

Restart your iPhone

Thanks!
