USERTrust RSA Certification Authority on macOS Catalina

Anyone still having issues with this? I'm running the most up-to-date version of Citrix Workspace (19.12.0.23, 1912), have Always Trust selected on the certificate, and still receiving the same error message:

You have chosen not to trust "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority", the issuer of the server's security certificate.

Citrix error messaged: "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority", the issuer of the server's security certificate. My work have switched to Citrix for their Remote Desktop. I have both an iMac and a MacBook Pro. I managed to install the citrix workspace on my iMac without a problem. Everything works great. However whenever I try to access citrix on my MacBook I get the following error message: You have not chosen to trust "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority", the issuer of the server's security certificate. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling several times. I always click the standard install options including trusting everything when prompted to do so. Can anyone explain why it works on an iMac but not the MacBook Pro? Many thanks David

Certificate Issues since upgrading to Catalina I access some work programs through Citrix on my Mac. We have morons for tech support at work so they are no help. They sometimes ask me for help and I have no formal training in computers other than some programming classes in college. So I'm now asking y'all for help. When trying to load up my work application through Citrix I get the following error since updating to Catalina: You have not chosen to trust "Entrust Root Certification Authority - G2", the issuer of the server's security certificate. This worked fine just yesterday before updating and I haven't changed anything else on my computer. I just tried it on another Mac running High Sierra and had no problems. I tried another user on my Catalina Mac and it still doesn't work I went into my keychain and found that certificate and set it to "always trust" and it still doesn't work Any ideas? Help is much appreciated.

Certificates Issues Hi, Upgraded to Catalina 10.15.1. I need to access certain applications via CITRIX. Post the upgrade I see the error when opening Citrix, "You have not chosen to trust "DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate" Through keychain, I have enabled Always Trust. This still does not resolve the issue. Help please, as day to day work is drastically hindered and am wondering was updating to 10.15.1 the right thing to do. :( El-Segundi1301
