USERTrust RSA Certification Authority on macOS Catalina

Anyone still having issues with this? I'm running the most up-to-date version of Citrix Workspace (19.12.0.23, 1912), have Always Trust selected on the certificate, and still receiving the same error message:

You have chosen not to trust "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority", the issuer of the server's security certificate.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities sko2110,

I see that you're getting an error message about trusting certificates. I understand your concern, and I'd be happy to help.

Take a look at the article to help with changing certificate trust policies. If you go through this article and the issue remains or you have additional questions, you'd want to reach out to Apple Support.
