I have purchased iPhone pro max silver 64Gb from Apple store 3 months before and now I want to exchange with I phone 11 pro midnight green 64 GB or 256 GB so is it possible from Apple I can get this offer ??

No. You have to sell it and then buy the Pro or 256 GB model.
