I need a refund for a mistaken order.

I downloaded an app and after 7 days i got billed for a year.Please i would like a refund for this, but whenever i try to ask for a refund i get an error message saying We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund.


Please how can i get a refund thanks

You can try contacting iTunes store support, but, as all purchases are final, they may refuse.
