how to delete apple tv app and other bloatware

I want to delete Apple TV and a few other apps I don't ever use; How can I reclaim that space on my Macbook? I get the error that it's required by the OS (fat chance since I never use it anyways) - I just want to delete it completely. I did the free trial and didn't like it at all and the random paywalls (I'll stick to Netflix).

Is there any place to suggest to apple even so I have the option to delete these random-to-me apps?

Especially the Picture app is the most annoying app on an Apple, at least for me. The other 2 I never used and will never use in the future and just take up valuable space. How do I delete the Apple TV app (and other unwanted apps) from my Mac Use to be I could go to the applications folder and drag them to the trash or go to the launcher and click and hold then click the (x). Since I just updated my system the Apple TV app is back and neither of the 2 methods work, so now how does one delete these unwanted apps?

How to manually delete an app not from the App Store I have a couple of cycling training app on my Macbook Air (M1) that didn't come from the App Store. I have Monterey. Is there a way manually find and delete all components of the non App Store app I want to delete? I need to free up some space and get rid of these apps. Thanks very much for any advice. George
