You can open a free iCloud email account and email vids up to 5GB.

Most email servers can't transmit large files over 15 ~ 30mb, and videos are almost always bigger than that, so you're best bet is to upload your video to an online file storage service like iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox etc. then click a share button to generate a link that you'll be able to include in an email.
