Incorrect wifi password

Hello, so i cant set my new device because it keeps saing ,,incorrect password,, when i tried to connect to wifi and im sure the password is correct, my boyfriend is on the wifi and we even checked the password. What can i do?

(Correct) Wifi password deemed incorrect on ipad and iphone I am having similar issues as others (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254574621?answerId=258556688022#258556688022) and have followed all the same recommendations. It starts off intermittent then becomes continuous. The only resolution I found was to totally reset my mesh to factory and reset the wifi SSID and password. That worked for a month and now it's back. It started on my iphone, then my ipad. After a week, my wife's MBP also started to play up. Advice? It only seems to impact our Apple devices so far.

Turn your router off then back on and try again.
