Ipad not able to open .ica file through citrix

Since updating to iOs13 my citrix is no longer able to open my desktop. It keeps asking to download a .ica file but I cannot select it to open through the citrix receiver.

What can I do! I really need to use my Ipad for work!

iMac stuck on "Downloading 1 item" Back in March @DCwarrior raised the issue that "My iMac said in order to sync my iPhone 12 to iMac that I needed to download an app. I clicked on download, the progress bar appeared with a picture of an iPhone "Downloading 1 item" and since then nothing has happened. Progress bar started but has not moved in over an hour with no progress" I have the same issue but could not contribute to the thread. I've tried a restart of both the iMac mini and my iPhone 12 and left the devices connected but still have the same problem. Is there a fix for this please?
