How do I reinstalling the Apple Podcast App to my home screen?

I don’t want to have to reset to the factory settings. This would result in having to go back and reinstall all my other apps.

The Apple Podcast App opens but does not give an option to download or add on the Home Screen.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

You need to search for it and find out where it is located on the device. If you hit open to get to it from a search, then you should be able to find the folder location. It shows in the line with the search result. If you have difficulty finding that, you can manually look through your folders, or you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. That will remove all apps from folders and reset the home screen to factory. It does not delete any of your other apps.
