Apple TV+ subscription renewed after I canceled it last month.

Apple TV+ subscription renewed after I canceled it last month. Why is this? I got no confirmation that i canceled it when I did it again yesterday and no email. Now its saying error when i tried to cancel it today. Anyone else have this problem??

Is it possible you did not cancel in enough time? It needs to be at least 24hrs prior to the next billing cycle or a charge will go through as “renewal”.

Cancellation emails aren’t sent out
