Speaker not on auto

Before the last update on my iPhone 6s (

Before on my iPhone 6s (I know it's old, but it still works), when I'd get a call it automatically went to speaker, now it does not, I have to click speaker. I liked it before, is there a way to set it to answer on speaker?
