USB-C Charge Cable Making Crackling Noises When Stretched Out

I bought the 2019 MacBook Air two weeks ago and have been using it frequently on the go. Because of this I tend to wrap up my charger. I have found that every time I unwrap it, my charger makes crackling noises similar to the sound of a glow-stick when being activated. Has anyone else had this issue or should I return to Apple for a replacement?

You have 90 days of free telephone support, use it. Your charger should not be making any noise.
