Saqfety and privacy
In preferences I cannot load "Security and Privacy" (Beveiliging and privacy). I keep getting this message and I do not know how to fix this. Can somebody help me?

Yes, many times, but it doesn't solve the problem.
You mentioned you are getting a message. What message would that be?
It's in Dutch, but it says "the preferences panel Security and privacy cannot be loaded" when you click that icon
You can try booting into Safe Mode, see if it will open then, then restart.
