AirPods pro broke my IPhone X?

I have an iPhone X and recently tried to connect my friends new AirPod pros to my phone to test them out. Everything was working correctly until I opened the AirPods to get them out and they would not connect to my phone. The phone sort of glitched and was unresponsive but then I powered it off and back on. I then saw that Bluetooth has become unavailable and is greyed out. I sometimes would allow me to turn on for a second but then would shut off again. I then noticed that many apps like instagram, Snapchat, google maps, Apple Maps, settings and music began crashing, loading very slow, not responding, or other glitches. I have tried both apple and google maps and have either had crashes (mainly Apple Maps) or it would not be able to connect and find location or would severely lag when tracking location. I have tried using data and WiFi. I also noticed that my camera does not always open when using the camera app or Snapchat. I have to close and reopen the apps multiple times to get the cameras to work. I have restarted the phone multiple times, restored it once, and when Into DFU mode and restored it again with no luck. Apps continue to crash, the camera does not launch first try, and location services like maps do not work correctly. Any help is appreciated I’m not sure if anyone has experienced this and it seems like all this started happening shortly after trying to connect my friends AirPods. I’m not sure if that is what started all this. I am on IOS 13.3.
