For some reason when I call people or vise versa. It has been cutting out or they even sound like a robot or I can’t hear them at all. But if I use FaceTime or FaceTime audio it works completely fine. How do I fix it?

It sounds like you are in an area with poor cellular reception. Have you tried going to a different location to see if the issue persists? You may want to contact your carrier if the issues continue.
