Recently purchased power beats pro wireless and from the moment I started using them.I noticed itching in my inner ear, and where the hooks sit on the top of your ear.My right ear also has some drainage from the inner ear. How many others have this same experience.I’ve read on other websites that quite a few people are also experiencing the same problem and if Apple is going to back there product?
I had exactly the same issue. Although to took a while to develop. Probably 2-3 months of regular use. Now if I wear for 30 mins I get the symptoms and have to avoid using for a week for them to clear up.
i solved this by replacing the tips with those from a 3rd party. I found a company called Comply who make replacement tips for many different headphones. I think the main selling point is they are made from a special foam that gives great sound benefits as well as comfort. I ordered a set, I am in the UK so they took a few weeks to arrive. I have to say I have been impressed. They take a while to get used to. However I have had no reaction, so I am back using my Powerbeats pro without issue.
Apparently, there's a latex concern. Some ear buds providers have had silicone ear attachment to alleviate the issue. However, the wrap around on the back side of the ear with the powerbeats caused the same reaction for me and that is not a part I can swap out.

I just got off the phone to Apple support. Among other things, they asked what my expectations were for an outcome and I advised I was seeking a refund. After speaking with their supervisor, the Apple consultant referred me back to JB Hi-Fi. Off to the store I go.
From what I’ve heard it’s not just PBP issue, AirPods Pro has it too.
Although I didn’t experience it myself with mine.
As for a refund in my case I don’t know if Apple would refund me since my current PBP are warranty replacement.
I had a different problem with mine 2 years ago right after I purchased them and Apple replaced them, that’s when the allergy problem started.

Everytime I talk to Apple, they keep saying that they are not aware of any similar cases. I tell them that they should do their research because theres a lot of people with the same issue.
They sent me a return label to return my beats pro for a refund and I sent them back on 5/21/2020. Now to wait and seehow long it will take them to reimburse me.
Day 2 - Here comes the flaking from what i assume is burned dead skin
I followed up several times with a case worker and am getting a refund.
This happened to me as well. Ended up with a script for ear drops from the dr which remedied quickly. My right ear was worse as that is the one I wear most often.
I personally do NOT recommend the AirPods. I had the same nasty reaction to those 2 weeks ago. Had to return those too.
Cscsco1501, have you tried out your wife's green ones just in case they have some magic green Leprechaun ingredient in them that doesn't bother your ears? :)
The pro beats had my inn ear with clear liquid discharging out of both ears. The inner ear and the top of the ear itch and left a rash over the top of both ears.
This is exactly the problem I’ve had! Every symptom is what I experienced for months until I stopped using the headphones! Too bad they don’t seem inclined to fix this problem!
The only class action I’ve seen is for battery life. If you mention a lawyer on here they will take your post down and say it is an inflammatory post lol.
