Old iPad AppStore sign in issue

heres the issue:

I'm trying to sign in to the AppStore on the iPad.

I click Sign In, then click Use Existing Apple ID, then enter my details, (username and password) my details are correct.

it says this: Cannot connect to ITunes Store.

please assist

iPad sign in to iTunes and App Store fail Hey i bought a new iPad today and I’ve been trying to sign in to the I tunes and App Store for the last hour and nothing. I even changed my password but nothing happened can anybody help me??

Sign in iTunes Store problem on iPhone 12 I cannot log into the iTunes Store in order to update the apps (which are supposed to auto-update but don’t.) This iPhone 12 mini, running 15.02, will not accept my Apple ID. My iPad will accept it and the iPhone does allow me to sign in to iCloud. I have reset (restarted) the iPhone several times. I have reset the Apple ID several times and the newest ID does work everywhere but the iPhone. However, there’s no joy when I try to sign in to the iTunes Store for these updates. I am at a loss as to what to do. Do you have any ideas? Thanks so much!
