Charges I did not authorize

I realized today that for a month, my son has been doing in-ap purchases on Roblox that adds up to almost $500. Apple can't refund it because it is a "3rd party". Is there anything else I can do to possibly get these charges reversed? Thank you for any help!

If you have contacted iTunes store support that is all you can do. If the automated process—>Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support is rejected

you can try contacting a real person—>https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

And you need to prevent your son from making in-app purchases. See—>Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
