ipad is stuck on activation lock. I erased it from my device and i still can't get past the activation lock page. how do i get in?
Yes. i've been there many times. I removed it from my devices from iphone, as instructed. Now it wants a sign in from icloud and password. Do i need to create a new icloud account? How do i put the ipad back onto my devices?

Assuming this is an Activation Lock request, you must supply the original Apple ID and password or the iPad will remain useless forever.
What have you not told us that’s important here? Perhaps you changed the Apple ID password. Perhaps you didn’t respond correctly when you were prompted for the correct Apple ID to use (in the form, for example: abxxxxxx@gxxxx.com).
