Random Touching

So I have had my iPad for about a year and a half I think now and one day I woke up to check on my iPad then everything kept freezing then a day later my iPad was clicking on different types of things like Random tabs random apps! It would Even Download Random APPS! "The battery was charging slow but draining fast". After a while it has been doing this repeatly I got mad at it so I stopped using it for like 5 months then today I used it it was worst! :/ Anyway Anyone can fix it?...
