Black Screen Iphone Xs Max

Hi I have a Iphone Xs Max that Ive had since september 2019 after a month O cracked the back glass and the bottom left side of the back was the worst with little chunks of glass missing, It was all fine untill December 18 2019 when I was on snapchat and all of a sudden the screen went black,I could still use siri and feel it vibrate when O got notifications but I couldn't turn on the screen. I tried for resetting the phone but even when I did it wouldn't turn on it let it run all the way dead and put it on the charger but still nonthing until a few weeks later when I layed it on my wirless charger so it would he charged when I take it to be checked out at best buy, but the next day I picked it up and it was in perfectly fine the screen looked brand new, a few hours later I was watching a YouTube video when it when black but the same as before this time I clould unlock the phone with face id and swipe through the screen and I could see the light chaning on the screen but when I force reset it to fix the problem it returned to the unresponsive state.

Any Suggestions?
