Ring Tones

I just upgraded to the Iphone 11 Pro Max and my phone doesn't seem to ring for long. My previous ring tone has come over, but the phone pretty much stops ringing by the time I can get it out of bag. How to I change that?

May be Auto answer calls is enabled. Watch the GIF below
