Hello,

No need to apologies, we are here to help!

A few things to clarify, There are 3 things that share the Apple TV name. Apple sells the Apple TV box which is the physical device you connect to your TV. Within all of Apple’s devices is an Apple TV application which is like the central hub for all of your TV shows and movies. Apple has a streaming service called Apple TV+ which is a service that offers all of Apple’s original TV shows and movies.

You are using the Hulu service on an Apple TV.

Here is Hulu’s support website. From here you should be able to call up Hulu to figure out what is going on.

Hello,

Are you referring to Apple TV+? Apple TV+ is $4.99/month. The show 9-1-1 Lone Star is not available on Apple TV+. Are you referring to another service? This show is available on FOX and Hulu. Seeing as FOX does not have a subscription service, it sounds like you are using Hulu. The Apple TV application allows you to keep track of shows that you watch in other applications. You could see 9-1-1 Lone Star in the Apple TV application but as soon as you tap on it then it will open in the Hulu application.

Hi zmclearan . . . again:

Bless you . . . thank you for your swift response . . . I really appreciate it!

Okay . . . that makes sense . . . but how do I contact a TV show's support department. The TV show that triggered this question was "9-1-1: Lone Star," a new show that came on Apple TV last night. It had commercials every 3 to 4 minutes . . . and I was unable to even fast-forward through them . . . very annoying . . . especially for a subscriber who pays an extra $10 a month to avoid such things.

Please advise,

Rohn

Bless you . . . and I am sorry . . . you can obviously tell I am a neophyte when it comes to this. My wife and I just switched from cable to Apple TV+ . . . and so, we are just trying to figure this new technology out. You are correct . . . we have a Hulu subscription (I believe we pay for it through Apple TV+ . . . but I am not quite sure of the mechanics). So would I contact Hulu or Fox . . . and how do I do that?

Please advise,

Rohn
