Cannot connect to iTunes Store error

While trying to subscribe Hotstar vip yearly subscription on my iPad 5 I’m getting “cannot connect to iTunes Store” error


please help

If, after reviewing the support articles and working through the troubleshooting steps, the issue is still there, please let me know if you can download free apps from the App Store. I want to try to isolate this to an App Store issue in general or find out if it is specific to this app.
