I have a little moon on the left of the name of the contact in Message . what is it ?
It means that you hid the notifications from that person. Swipe on the conversation from the right to the left and tap "Show Alerts".

It's the "hide alerts" option.
Swipe to the left on that conversation and tap "show alerts". The little moon should go away.
