Restore Mojave

My MacBook Pro is too old to handle Catalina. I need to restore Mojave. I tried the TimeMachine and it is not bringing anything up. Is there another way

Too old (?) You do not say what exact Mac /model /year /size /retina /touchbar is this

or what exact macOS you are currently running?
