I tried importing the xml files you provided back into FCP X and got an error just as you posted - which pointed to a specific line in the XML. I went to that line and saw its contents (which I posted before). Immediately that inverted question mark drew my attention, and I just copied it and pasted into the search box. BBEdit rewrote it as \x{03} (which means the character with (hexadecimal) code 3. So I did a find and replace to get rid of it completely.
Here are links for "cleaned" versions of your "bobine 2" and "bobine 3" files.
No worries, but I can't upload the xml with this tool. Could we communicate by e-mail?

Does that work?
Thank you so much for your help.
You mean I have to rename the keyword "cam b" ?
This keyword doesn't exist anymore in my project...
There is no acces to this keyword. The only place I can see one his inside my multicam (screenshot)
but I can't rename it.
nop, sorry. I tryed to copy the project into a new library to copy all the keywords. No "cam b" is mentioned...
Is there any ay to modify the 2 xmls?
jesus... I tried on BBedit and it worked fine on FCPX ! but X2pro still doesn't want to take it...
I have a new error now...
Alright Luis we are progressing!
I tried yours, the "bobine 3" worked just fine! your a genius!
but the "bobine 2" still shows me an error however it does work on FCPX...
Tank you luis you have been wonderfull i will replace them all and see...
You could put up the file in a place like dropbox, or google drive and post a link.
Or send it to yourself usin wetransfer, which gives you a link to download, and post that link.
It must be there somewhere. Press Shift-F to access the Clip0006 in the browser.
