Why is Siri draining my battery. It happens even when Siri is turned off in settings. My phone can have a 100% charge before going to bed and the phone is dead in the morning.

Yesterday I reset my phone and now Siri is no longer a battery hog. Go to Settings and tap General > Reset >Reset All Settings. You will keep your data, emails etc but will have to re-setup things like apple pay, locations services and synching iMessage to our Mac or iPad.
Are you sure, that you haven't installed 13.4? iOS 14 is still not officially released.
That is correct -- it is 13.4 --- thanks for catching that.
I have now for 3 days 13.4 on my phone. So far it's definitely better, but time will show if it's fixed or not. Lets wait a few weeks.
This is what is happening g to me too! I have turned it off and the percentage of battery usage has actually gotten higher! 🤬
I am running 13.4 and Siri is still draining my battery, even when completely shut off. No help from Apple Support, they told me I have to call their tech department during the week.

No solution yet. I have tried everything including a new phone. I have turned Siri off and turned off Siri learning from apps. Restarts, restores and everything. Still a major issue.
I'm surprised that so many people have the same issue. I truly hope that Apple is going to fix this soon.
Same problem here too with iPhone 8 and iOS 13.4. All Siri functions turned off and she’s still draining my battery. What the heck, Apple?
Same problem here on iphone 11. Suddenly siri eating up battery at night!! And mail a bit too when all mail servers set to manual and push off. Just downloading 13.4
