mychart won't connect to apple health.

i can't get apple health to connect to my medical records. i've tried connecting through the website and through the app. login info is correct. provider is in the list.

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 5

Clearly I did this already. I know how to connect it but there’s an issue because I can’t do it even though everything was done correctly and double, then triple checked again. I also restarted my phone, cleared my internet history etc.
