I keep my MacBook on most of the time and randomly (sometimes days apart) it starts to beep continuously and then crashes. If I catch the beeping and force quit (the screen has usually gone black and won't let me shut down), I can then start it back up and the beeping usually doesn't start right back up.

These are very often warnings of a hardware failure.
These were not at all helpful. The beeping is not at start up. It happens randomly long after the computer has been up and running. Unfortunately, it happens far more often now and I find it difficult to use my computer at all.
