Not me, but my mom's Xs has stopped making a sound and/or showing a notification when she gets a text message for some reason. I checked all the settings I could think of and everything seems to be on that needs to be. Calls are coming thru so I don't think its a cell service issue. I restarted the phone and still no change. Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?

Of course that was the ONE setting I didn’t check. She somehow turned it off for messages (I have no idea how) but everything’s working now. Thanks!
