AirPods Pro Damage

My daughters dog decided he wanted to check them out too, unfortunately he decided to eat them instead of listening to them. We have applecare+ will this cover a replacement, or do I need to just order a replacement?

This may be considered one of the two "accidental" incidents that comes with the AppleCare+ plan. Typically that would mean you could get a replacement at a reduced cost. It's worth a try instead of just purchasing a replacement outright ... although the cost difference may not be significant.
