I purchased the new iPhone 11 back in September and was told I would receive a free 1-year AppleTV+ subscription. I have been on the app but the only offer that appears is a 1 week free trial. How do I get the free 1-year subscription?
When in September did you purchase the iPhone? The offer would apply to anything purchased after September 10th so best to verify your purchase date.
Once that is done you would need to make sure you are on that iPhone in order to claim the offer via the TV app. If you had previously subscribed you would not qualify. However, if you had not and are still having an issue then contact Apple support.
