My apple tv refuse to connect in any network , i tried everything different networks still the password is wrong and refuse i rest it and start again but the same problem refusing to join networks what should i do ?

Restart the Apple TV and if necessary reset it. You can find out how at Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings

set up with device
set up manually
and it refuses to join
