Dispute a charge

I was looking at an app when I window to purchase popped up, I clicked cancel and I was charged instead of exiting the app. How do I dispute or cancel the charge. I thought it was a purchase for $.99 but it showed up in my bank account as a $99.00!

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
