Problem updating apps

I am not able to update apps and receive the following message “cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple id’

i have no knowledge of this.

any assistance would be much appreciated.

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi, Cell

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes and back in?


One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
