Someone else Apple ID keep coming on my iPhone X and Apple Watch

Some of the apps on your phone has probably originally been purchased with another apple ID.
Find the apps and delete them, and reinstall them with your own apple ID.
If you take a look in the watch app, you should see what apps are trying to install to your watch there. they would be the culprit.

How to use your iPhone to manage your watch apps
- Open the Watch app, then tap the My Watch tab.
- Scroll to the app that you want to add or remove. Apps that you already installed appear in the Installed on Apple Watch section. Apps that you can install appear in the Available Apps section.
