In Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Services I have New Terminal at Folder enabled.
Supposedly if you control click in the folder the options dialog should show Services, and from that I should be able to select New Terminal at Folder.
But if I control click in the folder there is no Services option in the pop up dialog.
Anybody know how I can do this?

I just tried it and yes, it does. And then I see the full dialog with the tags and services sub-menu.
What I had been doing before was control-clicking inside the folder. But what you need to do, apparently, is go up one level and control-click on the folder icon.

Does that same action work with a ctrl-click on that same folder?
When you are ctrl-clicking, is it on a folder, or on the empty space in the Finder window between icons?
I have seen some third-party software mess up the Finder contextual menu. But, I don't remember what caused it.
Do you have anything installed that alters functions of the Finder?
The Services menu should be at the bottom of the list, below Tags.
No, I have no Finder related software apps installed. Just default system stuff. Tags don't show up either.
Looks like you have Dropbox installed. That pretty heavily affects the Finder.
It is certainly affecting the contextual menu.
Except for the Dropbox stuff, that contextual menu is what you get when you click in the empty space in a Finder Window.
Well, I don't want to uninstall Dropbox. I'd rather use the "drop a folder on a terminal window" feature instead. I'm curious if there are any other Dropbox users who don't see the correct contextual menu.
