Constantly asking to sign in Apple ID

My phone has been randomly asking me to sign into my Apple using my APPLE ID. It’s usually in the morning but why am I constantly having to sign into my Apple without ever in signing out. It’s random and just started doing this weeks ago

Apple ID asking me to always sign in Since updating to iOS 16 my iPhone has been asking me to sign into my Apple ID when I turned it on. It was happening every few days but when I reset all settings on my phone it has happened last night and then again this morning. I have signed out and then back into my Apple ID on the phone as well as all the steps that Apple has asked me to do. Nothing helps. does anyone have any ideas?

Random Prompts for my AppleID Password I pick up my phone to unlock it and there is a lock screen notification to enter my AppleID password. This happens randomly as far as I can tell usually two or three times a day. I always enter my password as requested but it continues to happen. It’s getting quite annoying at this point.

Some people have fixed this by signing out of iCloud, restarting their device, and then logging back in. That hasn't worked for everyone.
