How to change trusted phone number..

forgotten my password no longer have my trusted phone number how do I reclaim my Apple account?

Without the AppleID password, you will have to use account recovery. Even if you could get a 2FA code, it will be useless to you without the AppleID password.

Verification code - how to get one and sign in with two-factor authentication

Sign out of Messages/FaceTime. Change the number on your Apple account. Allow time for the change to sync. It might take 24 hours. Then sign into Messages/FaceTime.
