Find iphone owner or remove icloud
I have found iphone 8 plus, but in it there in't any information how to contact with owner.
How can I find owner or remove icloud??

There isn't a way to find the owner. Apple won't help due to Privacy Laws/restrictions. You can't remove the old account, only the previous owner can do that. The phone is useless. Turn it into the police.
