i can’t play explicit music since it writes that I need to “change content restrictions to play less restrictive music”, although it was changed to an explicit content, nothing works still writes the same phrase.

What if you enable the content restrictions, restart the phone and disable them again?
Don't forget to note down your code for setting up the restrictions. If you do forget the code, you will have to erase the device and start without any backup data that might contain the restrictions code.
