How can I check if there is an available backup, so I can use your suggestion for passcode restoring?
Dear supporter,
Unfortunately, my closed friend lost her son last week due to a Cardiac Arrest.
She is trying desperately to enter his Iphone to watch moments in his life, but
could not do it, due to a missing passcode.
I've read through your guide lines referred to a passcode recovery and find out
that unless there is a backup in place, restoring passcode will result in losing
all information stored in.
Could you please advise as to how can I check if there is an available backup,
so I can use your suggestion for passcode restoring?
