iPhone 11 photos won't load on to PC

iphone 11 photos, going to PC windows 10, by usb cable worked for a few weeks , and now won't load on to PC

it does , like I said ,worked fine , but in last day just stopped, photos will down load some time , but not at all today , photos on phone will go to my Fire tablet 7, thru One Drive cloud, everything is up to date on all devices.
