Apple Watch S5 can`t make calls away from iPhone

I have an Apple Watch S5 with cellular plan, Wi-Fi calling enabled, but the watch does not make or receive calls nor info when away from the iPhone. It has only done it one time and then never again. I have read a lot of the Q&A, but nothing helpful. My Do Not Disturb is not on, the network buttons changes to white, I tried using only the cellular plan 3 green points appeared (good signal), no wi-fi connection, but still no contact was available to make calls. Even when I tried, the call failed. All the support given in the various similar questions showed regular information, but nothing worked for me. I am able to make and receive calls when my iPhone is close, but as soon as it gets out of range, my watch stops receiving the same info and does not make / receive calls.

Anyone to help with extra information?
