i keep getting this error when copy/paste pics from iphone to pc.. ive tried the "keep original" on my iphone settings but that did not work

iOS 13.3 photo transfer to PC problem Hi all, I am an iPhone 7 user on iOS 13.3 and I am on the latest iTunes (Version 12.10.3.1). I am trying to transfer photos taken by my iPhone into my Windows 10. I have done some research into the common issues experienced since the introduction of HEIC files. I.e. Settings > Photos > Transfer to PC and click on 'Keep Originals'. However, I have experienced a new error when my devices are connected for transfer. Error is 'The requested value cannot be determined.' I have tried to isolate the problem by restarting all my devices; changed PCs; changed USB ports; changed lightning cables; updated the USB drivers on my PC etc. The error persisted. I further isolated the error and it would occur when I tried to transfer photos taken by my iPhone. If I unplugged my phone from my PC and replugged it. I was able to transfer stock photos I have downloaded from Safari in my Photos. However, once I tried to transfer one photo I have taken with the phone, I get the error. I did further research and cannot locate any recent and similar complaints online. Could this be an iOS 13.3 glitch that only affected some users? Or I am doing something wrong? Help :(
