How to activate dictation?
How can I activate dictation on my phone? I don’t have the possibility to turn it on or off in the settings menu, it’s nothing with dictation there. System language is Norwegian.

Did you go all the way to the bottom of settings > general > keyboard?
Yep. The last thing on Keyboard-menu is memojis.
