battery issue
is it possible if a get my iphone 8 plus opened to replace the battery it can remain waterproof.
And also what causes my battery health to drop so quick. Is it because I play games and then charge my phone 2 times a day?

To clarify, are you seeing any alerts about battery service under Settings > Battery > Battery Health? While it's not possible to predict how much the battery health measure would decline based on usage, it's worth reviewing these tips to see if they help you to get the most out of your battery: Maximizing Battery Life and Lifespan
Also, generally speaking, work performed by an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider should not affect the water resistance of your iPhone. It's important to note the below though, from the resource titled About splash, water, and dust resistance of iPhone 7 and later:
"Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear."
