Battery draining fast on iPhone 8

My phone battery is draining fast on my iPhone 8. From about 7am till 1pm it looses about 60% without heavy use of the phone. I checked the health of my battery, and it is at 84% and the report says that my battery supports normal peak.

If I get the battery replaced. Will I notice less drainage on the battery to justify the replacement cost?
